Extract & Filter

After Gleamoe Peanut 2023 determines the position of the slides in the video, it starts to compare the similarity between slides at a certain frame interval, and slides with high similarity will be removed by the program. The remaining pages will be displayed in the output preview panel.

Interval Time

The Interval Time parameter in the parameter setting panel is the interval at which the program reads the video. The video frames in the interval will be skipped by the program, and the default value is 9 seconds. The existence of interval frames is to save computing resources and speed up processing. In addition, too small interval frames may also cause redundancy in the extracted pages. You can set the interval time yourself to get the best extraction experience.

Output Mode

There are two output modes: overwrite mode and append mode, and the default is overwrite mode. During the extraction process, the extracted slides are temporarily stored locally in the form of pictures.

  • When you choose the overwrite mode, after clicking Preview Output, the pages extracted last time will be cleared. This is to clear the cache for the extraction of the next video.
  • When you choose append mode, after clicking Preview Output, the pages extracted this time will be added to the pages extracted last time, and merged and exported as a PDF.

Manual Adjustment

Users can open the picture folder through the Action menu of the output preview panel to manually adjust the pages.

  1. Add or Delete: If a certain screen in the video is missing from the preview pages, you can first drag the video progress bar to this screen, and then right-click on the preview image to insert the current frame of the video; when the preview image is repeated, right-click to delete the current image.
  2. Swap Order: If there is a problem with the order of the preview pages, right-click to swap with the previous one or the next one.

Remember, after manually adjusting, click Refresh Output Preview, confirm the adjustment results, and click Export to PDF to generate the PDF file you need.
